As the day of Bódi Mária Magdolna’s beatification draws near, the Archdiocese of Veszprém is launching another creative initiative to bring Magdi’s example closer to the hearts of the faithful—especially young people. The #MagdiWouldDoThis campaign features posts that share short, everyday yet deeply thought-provoking messages: small, kind actions we can all do—actions that Magdi herself might have done, too.
The phrases appearing in the posts—such as
“I gave thanks for something I usually take for granted.” or
“I didn’t talk back.”—refer to situations we all face in daily life. The campaign invites us to live these moments differently: with greater awareness, intention, and love—just as Magdi did.
The visuals on Instagram and Facebook feature Magdi’s portrait alongside delicate floral motifs, creating a youthful yet intimate atmosphere. The goal is to present Magdi not only as a figure from the past, but as a companion for today—especially for young hearts seeking authenticity.
The #MagdiWouldDoThis campaign is part of the spiritual and communal preparation for her beatification. The series is continually expanding with new content, and anyone is welcome to join—by sharing their own inspiring stories or small acts that reflect Magdi’s gentle, courageous, and selfless spirit.
